Our Policies
Effective date: 22 July 2026
This page summarises the internal policies and commitments that govern how Vorburger Strategy Pty Ltd (ABN 60 692 177 969) operates. They sit alongside, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This page also includes our Cookie Policy.
1. Conflicts of Interest
As an advisory and investment firm, we may act for multiple clients within the same industry, and we may hold or consider investments in businesses connected to our advisory work. We maintain internal processes to identify, disclose, and manage actual or potential conflicts of interest, and we will notify a client of any material conflict relevant to their engagement and, where necessary, decline or restructure an engagement to manage that conflict appropriately.
2. Confidentiality and Information Security
We treat client, mandate, and counterparty information as confidential. Our website and materials describe current and past work only in general or anonymised terms unless a client has agreed otherwise, or the information is already public. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect confidential and personal information, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
3. Anti-Bribery, Corruption, and Anti-Money Laundering
We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes or improper payments in connection with our business, and we conduct reasonable due diligence on counterparties and transactions we are involved in, consistent with applicable Australian and international law.
4. Complaints Handling
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing at marcel@vorburger-strategy.com. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it fairly, and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe. If your complaint concerns personal information, you may also escalate it as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Modern Slavery and Ethical Supply Chains
Given our work in manufactured goods and advanced manufacturing, we are attentive to the risk of modern slavery and unethical labour practices within client and partner supply chains, and we encourage the businesses we advise to adopt responsible sourcing and labour practices consistent with applicable law and international standards.
6. ESG and Sustainability
Environmental, social, and governance considerations are one of our four practice areas, and we seek to apply the same standards we advise on to our own operations — including responsible use of resources, ethical business conduct, and support for the communities in which we and our clients operate.
7. Equal Opportunity
We are committed to providing a work environment, and conducting our client and partner relationships, free from discrimination and harassment, and based on merit, respect, and equal opportunity.
8. Raising a Concern
If you become aware of conduct by Vorburger Strategy, or in connection with our work, that you believe breaches these policies or applicable law, you can raise it confidentially by contacting marcel@vorburger-strategy.com. We will treat any genuine concern seriously and will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises one in good faith.
10. Changes to these Policies
We may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The version published on the Site applies, and material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above.
