Leadership

Marcel Vorburger founded Vorburger Strategy after a career managing manufacturing and industrial operations from start-up scale to over USD 1 billion. The firm works directly with founders, CEOs, sponsors, and plant-facing teams on decisions that have to survive execution.

Jane Kwok serves as Partner, with equal seniority in the firm's leadership and client work. A formal Framework Agreement with the Roland Berger Expert Network extends the firm's reach into deep functional and regional expertise when a mandate requires additional proof, capacity, or country-specific knowledge.
